Mission
Ignite missionary zeal among children and young people so they can serve the Syro-Malabar Church and the wider world with love, sacrifice, service, and a willingness to embrace hardship.
Established in 1947, Cherupushpa Mission League (CML) is the missionary heartbeat of the Syro-Malabar Church, mobilising children and youth to champion indigenous vocations, reach the unreached, and support every parish community.

Quick facts
Diocesan heartbeat
Every diocesan Kalolsavam edition, Mekhala gathering, and missionary outreach is powered by volunteers formed through CML circles. The league links parishes, schools, and families so missionary discipleship becomes a shared lifestyle.
Our commitments
From the earliest days, CML has encouraged indigenous priestly and religious vocations so that every parish in India can be shepherded by its own sons and daughters.
More than 200 parish units across the diocese animate weekly gatherings, leadership labs, and service teams that keep the missionary spark alive.
Prayer, catechesis, and practical service come together through Kalolsavam, Mekhala conventions, retreats, and continual mentoring.
